Alicia McNabb

I first began my journey working in the entertainment industry, when I was hired to work at the Orange Peel at the age of 19. From 2009-2014, I became very familiar with the inter workings of operating a 1100 person capacity independent music venue from working many departments at The Orange Peel. In 2010 I volunteered at my first Music Festival, and in 2013 was hired to manage my first department at a music festival. Since 2013 I have worked in the festival production world, all over the US and Costa Rica, applying my skill set to multiple departments. 

In the Fall of 2014, I moved from my Hometown of Asheville/Hendersonville, North Carolina to California to pursue my career in the entertainment industry. I saw myself as a bicoastal bridge between the events of the East and West coasts and continued to sharpen my skillset as I worked alongside dozens of amazing mentors and teachers. 

In 2018, I moved back to the cradle of Appalachia where I was welcomed back into The Orange Peel Krewe, and have continued to do freelance Event Production work, as well as go on tour as the Merchandise Manager for the French Electronic Producer : Clozee. 

My deepest passion in the industry is applying arts and entertainment to activism, community outreach and crowdsourcing campaigns.
