Molly Kummerle / Molly Parti

Musically, Molly Parti is the dj alter ego for Molly Kummerle, singer for trip hop band Paper Tiger and motown/jazz/cabaret band RubySlippers. This project is her chance to spin most of the music that influences her, from swanky downtempo trip hop, to acid jazz and EDM, old school Motown, soul train, old school hip hop, funk, disco and jazz remixes. She has collaborated vocally with Emancipator (Seven Seas), Esko, Crazyhorse & Coleston, and various other projects. 

On the industry side, Molly has been working in marketing and consulting roles for over ten years. Mostly focused on radio relationships, but also branching out into traditional publicity, she has worked with bands like Toubab Krewe, Perpetual Groove, Yo Mama's Big Fat Booty Band, Fruition and G. Love & Special Sauce; and negotiated radio partnerships for festivals like Bonnaroo, Forecastle, Camp Bisco, MoogFest, Shaky Knees, Hangout Festival, Okeechobee, KAABOO Del Mar, Luke Bryan's Crash My Playa and many others. She ran point on the Backstage Radio Compound and Hay Bale Recording Studio at Bonnaroo for nine years, working with radio stations and record labels across the country.
