I have been a musician and songwriter since the age of 13, mainly as a bass player and vocalist. I have been in bands in DC (my hometown), MA, CA, and Asheville, NC (my home since 1995). I have been part of at least 8 studio recordings as a writer, performer, and co-producer.
I am currently in 6 bands, all based in Asheville, NC:
Blue Dragons, Z and The Tallboy, Father Son Picnic, Melodic AF, Liz Teague Band, MoonFish 2.
I have experience with media and have produced and promoted several events. I love to play music and enjoy new projects of all types!
